Meet the Admins section

**User Story**
As a FreeCodeCamp user
I would like to see the group admins
so that I can learn more about the group leadership

**Acceptance Criteria**
GIVEN I am a FreeCodeCamp user
WHEN I navigate to the home page
THEN I will see a section entitled `"Meet the Admins"` between the `Upcoming Events` and `Meet the Contributors` sections

GIVEN I am a FreeCodeCamp user
WHEN I view the `"Meet the Admins"` section on a desktop
THEN I will see all the admins in a single line without wrapping
AND the image of each admin will be seen
AND the name of the admin will appear under the image
AND the title of the admin will appear under their name
AND the image, name, and title will appear in the following order
