Replace FAF Patch notes with nomads content

So in the lobby you have this thing for faf patch notes. instead it should work for nomads patch notes, or equivalent. Perhaps better an overview of the faction rather than just the last patch note since most players are new to it.

Suggestions for specific content are needed, and then the code needs to be swapped out.
Then detection for faf patch versions should be swapped for nomads patch versions, and then thats it.
