Delete confirm checkbox not showing

We deployed the delete workflow to the test site at https://user.faforever.xyz/ucp.

However when trying to delete the confirm checkbox does not show up.

Maybe you can look at it @BW-24.

I noticed this doesn't occur when running for dev.

You should be able to login as any account as all accounts have password foo on the test server.
