[Bug]: Co-Op map 'Overlord Surth-Velsok' not playable

### Describe the Bug

Starting the co-op map '**Overlord Surth-Velsok**' results in the error '_Game could not be created_' because the map file does not exist.

This issue has been reported occasionally on the [FAF forum](https://forum.faforever.com/topic/7382/can-t-host-new-co-op-mission-overlord-surth-velsok) and FAF Discord. The issue has persisted for over a year, apparently. I could not find any open issues referencing this map name.

### Reproduce the bug

1. Start FAF Client
2. Play tab, Co-Op tab
3. Select 'Overlord Surth-Velsok'
4. enter title
5. host game fails

### Expected Behavior

The map should work
