### Describe the issue
There are some minor issues with the changelog dialog that could be improved:
- The "Game Patch" text in the top right is a bit useless since all it shows is "Game Patch" or "Hotfix", and it is also redundant with the selected item already being highlighted on the right-side list.
- "Report a bug" leads to only discord. It could be "Report a bug: [3 icon buttons for discord, FAF forum, and github]"
- Last open patch notes page is not returned to when re-opening the dialog
