[Bug]: Capturing time calculation is broken

### Describe the Bug

When you have multiple units capturing anything, currently it counts each unit BP as the strongest unit's BP in the group
For example, regular t2 ACU BP is 42 and it takes 27 seconds to capture t2 land HQ if ACU is alone
But if you assist it with 5 mantises (5 bp total), suddenly its done in 5 seconds (4.56)

More ridiculous example: t3 acu with 100 mantises captures paragon in 16 seconds
Also the E cost is not even scales accordingly, mantis can assist capturing like he has 100bp, but still takes energy like he has 1bp

### Reproduce the bug

Go to sandbox, capture something with sometihng, assist it with mantises, look at insane capture time decrease
