Traitors option can be cheated with ctrl k easily

### Describe the issue

The option says "Your units will be transferred to the control of your killer," but if you simply ctrl-k your units then the "killer" becomes yourself and no units end up being transferred.

### Expected Behavior

Destroying your own units should not affect to who the units are transferred to. Instead, they should be transferred to the last person who damaged your ACU (assassination/decapitation) or your units (other victory conditions).
