[Bug]: Cannot stop smds

### Describe the Bug

Hello;
looks like since a new update; i cant stop smds
why i want to do this: hives can be close by; and if you dont press "stop" and just pause; the hives will still waste all their BP on it.
so sometimes i like to stop auto-loading; and stop the SMD.
since a new update it seems like there is no way to do it anymore; the "stop" hotkey just pauses instead.

i know this probably a noob-proof feature; but i still want a hotkey to do it please.

### Reproduce the bug

go in cheat mode; create an smd; watch it load; press stop with the hotkey or by clicking on it; pauses the smd instead of stopping.
