AI Transport Rewrite

**Describe the feature**
The default transport code for AI is lacking. There are many issues that require alot of labour to correct.

There has been discussions with Sprouto (the creator of LOUD) about the potential for assisting us in revamping the transport code to bring it up to scratch. He has suggested that the best approach would be to lift the transport design from the LOUD AI into FAF. Given the work hours involved I would welcome this. It would improve the reliability and flexibility of transport usage by AI by a large factor.

I'm happy to request of Sprouto whatever sort of confirmation and permission requirements we need for this then work to integrate it to replace the default transport code.
