Description

**Describe the bug**
In the replay of #19457212, played yesterday by marse, a mavor shell was able to phase through a full health t3 seraphim shield as if it wasn't there at all, hitting and destroying the paragon underneath.

I was able to rule out most of the usual suspects like the shield not actually being at full health, the owner stalling energy or randomly dying at the same time, something unrelated to the mavor killing the paragon, etc.

**To Reproduce**
This is just a hunch, but the mavor shell seems to hit pretty much exactly where two shields intercept each other. This might be related?

**Expected behavior**
No enemy projectile should be able to phase through a shield without downing it first.

**Screenshots**
Here are some screenshots, taken at 33:42 game time.

Mavor shell above the shield:

Mavor shell already beneath/inside the shield:

The para blows up the tick after those last two screenshots were taken.

**Additional context**
Issue #4798 might be related, but the mavor doesn't spawn any additional projectiles afaik, so those might also just be two unrelated projectile-phases-through-shield bugs.

Also I don't think it's a new bug, I have heard of this happening for years, but this is the first time I've seen where it seems to actually be a bug and not just the shield owner screwing up somehow.
