Fat Boy tread uv's need fixing

**Describe the bug**
the scrolling tread texture is going the wrong way and at a different speed on the sides and inside of the tread

**To Reproduce**
simply order a fat boy to move and observe treads

**Expected behaviour**
the treads should all be moving in the correct direction

**Solution**
the uv for the treads need to be sorted out
