Missing localisations for keybinds

#### Issue Description
There are currently no localisations for properkeyname_0166 / virtual key `E2`. This was the last keybind added so it was missed. (It's the "Chevron" on the US keyboard.)

Also if #4519 is accepted, there will be missing localisations in French and Spanish for virtual key `DF` / properkeyname_0167 (the key only appears on [these layouts](https://kbdlayout.info/features/virtualkeys/VK_OEM_8) so unless we add localisations for any of the others, only FR and ES will be missing it). It's the "Backtick" on the UK keyboard.
