Sera T3 mobile arty infinite pitch speed when packing/unpacking

after having unpacked a single time, seraphim T3 mobile arty seems to move its turret to the correct pitch in an instant, after having unpacked (or moves it immediatly back to 0 pitch when repacking).
(this bugg happens for groundfiring and normal attacks on a target)
