Increase ban reason length beyond 255 characters

Could we increase the character limit for ban reasons, please? It is currently 255 characters:

Some ban reasons need additional space, particularly when including the relevant Replay IDs together with the violations in question. My suggestion would be 1,000 characters to leave substantial headroom, just in case.
