Description
Our community have some popular use case that can be assembled (with or without simple custom scripts).
For example, I have pieced together a ThrowTeleporter from `Interactable.Primary_Grab.Secondary_Swap` and `Teleporter.Instant`
Is this example a candidate for official VRTK.Prefabs (and #3 ) ?
