Keep CHANGELOG.md up to date

Hey it'd be awesome if the `CHANGELOG.md` would be kept up to date so that it's easier to follow the progress of this module even if I'm not actively working on it.

Start with CHANGELOG.md, the file named in the issue, and determine which project progress is missing from it. Done means the changelog is updated to accurately document the module's current progress.
