[Bug] Failure to detect some permissions

## Describe the bug
On Exodus web page, I asked to scan Zerion messenger app and the result shows only 13 permissions, but on F-Droid page are listed 19.

Permissions not listed by Exodus:
- FOREGROUND_SERVICE
- FOREGROUND_SERVICE_CAMERA
- FOREGROUND_SERVICE_DATA_SYNC
- FOREGROUND_SERVICE_PHONE_CALL
- FOREGROUND_SERVICE_SPECIAL_USE
- REQUEST_IGNORE_BATTERY_OPTIMIZATIONS

The results are the same for Zerion versions 2.01, 2.02 or 2.03 from F-Droid.

## Expected behavior
Number of permissions should be equal to F-Droid page (19)

Start by reproducing the Exodus web scan for Zerion versions 2.01–2.03 and compare its report with the linked F-Droid permission list. Trace how the scan collects and displays permissions, then verify that all 19 permissions, including the six listed in the issue, appear in the resulting report.
