Add same details in /api/search/handle/latest as in /api/search/handle

Currently, `/api/search/handle/latest` returns very few details, as it is only used for searching an existing report in exodus

We need to discuss whether this needs to be a separate endpoint or not

What we could do:
* add more details to reflect `/api/search/handle`
* document endpoint in README

Compare the responses from `/api/search/handle/latest` and `/api/search/handle`, then review how the existing-report search in Exodus uses the latest endpoint. Resolve whether the endpoints should remain separate and define the required details before changing the API; document the final endpoint behavior in the README if that option is chosen.
