Description

Hello,
I’m not sure if this is the right repository.
I audited the Edenred+ app (com.edenred.eq.smarter) (Version 19.3.0 (2424701)) using Exodus Privacy and also a network sniffer, whilst blocking all incoming packets with a firewall to see which requests were getting through.

Here are the DNS requests I found:

  • prd.smarter.edenred.io
  • app.unleash-hosted.com
  • api-eu.mixpanel.com
  • sdk.privacy-center.org
  • 0.datadog.pool.ntp.org
  • 1.datadog.pool.ntp.org
  • 2.datadog.pool.ntp.org
  • 3.datadog.pool.ntp.org
  • mobile.infobip.com
  • firebaseinstallations.googleapis.com

In the Exodus audit: https://reports.exodus-privacy.eu.org/fr/reports/764624/ (version 19.3.0 of the app), it finds only 2 trackers:

It can’t find anything for the following domains names:

  • app.unleash-hosted.com
  • mobile.infobip.com
  • firebaseinstallations.googleapis.com

and perhaps also?:

  • 0.datadog.pool.ntp.org
  • 1.datadog.pool.ntp.org
  • 2.datadog.pool.ntp.org
  • 3.datadog.pool.ntp.org

Research direction

No files, tests, or entry points are named. Start with the Exodus audit for Edenred+ version 19.3.0 and compare its two detected trackers with the listed DNS requests and network observations; done means the missing-domain detection behavior is reproduced and its expected handling is established.
