Errored config, won't apply changes.

Every time I restart the game the config errors and resets to default settings. The settings work if I set them in the in game GUI but they revert when I restart my game. I am trying to make stone only harvestable by Cobalt level tools and up, however it also doesn't work when trying harvest level 3 (diamond). I have also tried just making stone unbreakable, and I am still getting the error.
Edit: I think I figured it out. I copied my instance and started removing mods one by one and relaunching to see if it would fix it. It would seem that it is astral sorcery causing this issue.
