BlockTweaker doesn't do anything.

hey there! as in the title, it basically doesn't change any of modded block properties on the server
heres the server log:

Surprisingly it does change obsidian hardness and vanilla blocks hardness in general but it causes every single block in the game lagged as hell - meaning that after breaking it there is 10-60 seconds delay between breaking the block and actually it's disappearing and item dropping
