Investigate log generation delay when running DEAP code in code runner

Description
When running DEAP code in the code runner, logs are not generated in real time. Instead, all logs are displayed only after the completion of the code execution. Real-time streaming is confirmed to be working in other scenarios. It is unclear if this issue lies within DEAP itself or our runner implementation. Need to investigate the cause and fix the bug so logs are streamed as expected during DEAP code execution.
