Add a method to remove Olympus installed through the autobuild

One of the most bizzarely confusing applications i've had the displeasure of trying to install. Instructions for manual removal on the wiki would suffice.
I'm decently sure that what I did should be enough, but it may not be. I deleted the things the install script created.
No, i cannot install FUSE 2, the instructions on ITS wiki don't work at all on my distribution.

Document the manual removal steps, including any distribution-specific caveats visible from the existing instructions; done means a user can remove Olympus without relying on FUSE 2.
