[Enhancement] Update Everest when updating mods

I've had a few instances where I went to update my mods, which is handled nicely, but then when I booted up the game, it turns out my Everest version is too old for some of those updated mods, so now I have to close the game and go to update Everest, which is just a bit slow given I've already started the game. I'd like to see mod updates also update Everest whenever possible.
