MiniInstaller dies a brutal death

### Describe the bug

MiniInstaller quits unexpectedly when being run from both Olympus and directly in its directory (the Celeste game dir).
No log file is generated and no error is given.


When running MiniInstaller from the Celeste dir, the following dialog box appears:


This computer's D: drive originally had the drive letter X: assigned, but I changed this a while ago.
I have encountered problems in other programs caused by this, but I've fixed them. Not sure how to fix this one.
I've uninstalled Celeste and Olympus and reinstalled them, and this error still persists. Is there a config option somewhere that has the install dir set that I'm not seeing?

### Steps to reproduce

1. Try to install the latest mod loader for Celeste.
2. It fails.

It should install just fine.
