Issues with Installation

### I have recreated the bug with only Everest OR a minimum number of mods enabled

### Describe the bug

When trying to install, there have been many issues.

1. Olympus Error:

threader.lua:79: routine#32>scenes/installer.lua:371
[C]: in function 'xpcall'

After that, I tried building from source.

2. ```dotnet restore``` didn't find all the packages, and MonoMod and NLua were still missing.

After that, I tried the prebuilt code from the website

3. Everest never loaded
