log line, character, and specific error when failing to parse xml/yaml files

currently, when parsing tileset XMLs, metadata YAMLs, and the like, only a small amount of information is logged about where in the file the error occurred, and what type of error it is.
it would be nice if as much of this information was logged as possible, so that these issues can be debugged without having to inspect the entire mod setup.
