Description

### I am planning on implementing this myself

No

### Describe your request

More color formatting in the enable/disable mods list, making it easier to sort through your mods.

Changes:

- Pressing the Journal key will "favorite" a mod, changing it to a different color. This can be used to mark mods you want to keep on, such as a utility mod (CelesteTAS, SpeedrunTool, etc) or a skin mod. Utility mods tend to inflate the list which makes it a lot harder to sort through what you do and don't need to have on.

- Enabled mods are automatically changed to a different color (different from the favorited mod color as well).
- Disabled mods stay white.

Color choice for enabled mods or favorited mods are up for debate, but these changes would make it a lot easier to sort through mods.
