The idea is to add support for animated emojis in the same way that static emojis are supported (for example in the CelesteEmojis mod that works with CelesteNet and such). This would make it incredibly easier to create animated emojis and may also encourage some members of the community to create more Emoji Packs to use in the future.

### Additional context

Same implementation like for static Emojis, just put the folder of images in the right folder and it works with the names like with static emojis already to work as an emoji with :emojiname:
