Add the ability to see the console output normally obtained in a separate window using the --console parameter as a debugRC site for easy access.

This eliminates the need to launch the game with the flag and have the console open during play.

I will try to see if I can implement this myself since it seems like it may be fun, but I cannot guarantee anything.
