Allow customising the overworld cursor in the meta.yaml

In vanilla, madelines cursor differs depending on the level- either it can have red hair and a backpack, or pink hair and no backpack

I would propose that the user be able to set a value in the meta.yaml (perhaps something like Maddy: [0/1] where 0 is red hair and 1 is pink) that determines this.
