**Describe the feature**
As a user with little time, I want to see the most popular quotes.
By popular, I mean quotes that have been saved most often by users.
Add an option to see top 100 popular quotes.
**Describe alternatives you've considered (optional)**
Instead of filtering when refreshing quotes on the main page one of the quotes has to be top 100.
**Additional context**
You could allow seeing more than 100 top quotes if you add pagination.
