**Describe the feature**
As a humorist, I would like to filter quotes by tag so I could search humor-related quotes.
**Describe alternatives you've considered (optional)**
Instead of filtering, make users able to select their favourite tag. When refreshing the main page, one of the quotes must have this tag.
