Separate sponsor and speaker cards and socials queue from the website

Sponsor and speaker cards are creating quite bit of clutter both in deployments and in the repository.

I feel like it's best to focus directly on the website and not side services we have in this repo.

Might make more sense to create a separate repo like the `programapi` that deploys to the static server.
