Description
In the last years, there's always been at least one Python community asking for a dedicated space on our Discord server (e.g. PyLadies, Spanish-speaking community), to organise lunches, dinners, open-space sessions, or whatever they want.
We were always able to accommodate these requests in some way, but let's try to be proactive next year and provide a suitable place for this.
Idea: Convert the text channel `#community-organisers` into a forum `#python-communities` and encourage people to use it.

Research direction
Start by locating the Discord guild configuration for the #community-organisers channel and the entry point that applies channel changes. Verify how forum channels are represented, then convert it to #python-communities and confirm the resulting guild configuration provides a dedicated space for Python communities.
