Removing Entity does not delete it from device configuration

I created a blank test device and added a sensor entity from an existing Device. When I went back and tried to delete the entity from the test device, it got removed from the list, but still showed up in the list of sensors on the test device. The only way to restore the entity to my original device is to delete the test device entirely.

When deleting an entity from a device, it should be removed from the list and be restored to the original device.

No files or tests are named. Reproduce the issue by creating a blank test device, adding an entity from an existing device, and deleting it; trace the device-entity configuration handling. Done means the entity disappears from the test device and is restored to the original device without deleting the test device.
