Look into custom imagery in Maps

Web Maps with custom imagery in them do not deploy.

I suspect this is an issue with creating the Solution Item because the JSON has this:

While I don't think this should make the alpha or beta, I think it will be something we will want to look into once users will be able to author their own solutions. I could see someone wanting to ship custom imagery for a solution they share to similar organizations in their area.
