Hub events - Create variable

I would like to be able to package a solution that utilizes the Hub Events feature in an dashboard and a map, where the layer is filtered by the [initiativeId].

Creation app - create a variable for the Hub Event in the org
Ignore it when created, give it is specific indicator to discover the Hub Events layer in the org where it is deployed and swizzle the [iniativeId] into the filters in the individual information products where applicable.
