Cannot log in to ArcGIS online routing

Description
When I enter my credentials for ArcGIS online routing, I get the following error. But when I use those same credentials in my web browser, I can log in just fine. Any thoughts?

Warning "4:57:15 PM" "Login for ArcGIS Online routing failed. Please try re-entering your username and password."
