The hyperlinks for [MultidirectionalHillshade.pyd](https://github.com/Esri/raster-functions/blob/master/functions/MultidirectionalHillshade.pyd) and the accompanying [MultidirectionalHillshade.rft.xml](https://github.com/Esri/raster-functions/blob/master/templates/MultidirectionalHillshade.rft.xml) raster function template do not seem to be working:
