Enhancement: add option for checkbox/disclaimer capability in Intro panel component

It would be great if in the intro panel we added the option to include a checkbox that can be used as a disclaimer/I agree to terms and conditions. Without user interaction of checking the box, the intro panel cannot be closed.

We would most likely want to make this a configuration for the intro panel. In the configuration the checkbox would be a toggle and we could add the option to update the text included with the checkbox.
Configuration text:
- Checkbox tool label: `Add checkbox`
- Checkbox tool tip: `Include a checkbox that requires users to check before the introduction panel can be closed`
- Checkbox label tool label: `Checkbox label`
- Checkbox label tool tip: `Choose the text that displays next to the checkbox`
- Checkbox label default text: `I agree to the terms and conditions`
