update presentation descriptions closer to conference

Speaking to a presenter it seems that descriptions for sessions are set way in advance. Things move so quickly that an opportunity to update them close to the conference would be good. There were sessions I nearly didn't attend because key terms were missed off the descriptions (sounded a lot like last years presentation but in reality there was a whole new section)
