Support on 10.5.1?

Are these tools expected to work with the Data Reviewer shema from ArcGIS 10.5.1? I'm particular interested in the `Copy Data Reviewer Record` tool.

I've done a bit of testing, and it seems like the records copy over and delete as expected. I'm just not sure if there's something going on behind the scenes that I'm missing.

My organization is planning to upgrade to 10.7.1 in the near future, so I'm hopeful I can set up a Workflow Manager Workflow with this repo in our current 10.5.1 development environment, and have it still work when we upgrade.
