Replicate append tool parameters (works with feature service tables)

Notes from release 2.

Spoke with GP team - TableView is for tables and table views and is the preferred (and recommended) way to accept feature service tables. Added an issue for the next version to be delivered over the summer with ArcGIS Pro 2.0.

1. Navigating to your portal and seeing all services and tables and dragging-dropping is a not a bad workflow (and one that was a requirement with the first release, and more efficient than adding to the map and then choosing in in the dropdown.

2. Introducing changes at this point would be detrimental to the stability of the product and we can tackle for the next release - the ArcGIS Pro 2.0 release.
