Description

## Overview
The ArcgisItemCard component UI is outdated and is no longer accurate to the cards used in ArcGIS Online.

## Updates
- Reformat item type, author and dates to match AGO
- Change font size of card titles to 15px
- Darken text color of author and dates to match AGO
- Remove description from vertical card
