Datepicker overlaps input when opening upward

Description
When selecting Custom Range, if the initiating button is near the bottom of the UI, it will overlap the entry field, it would be better if this would pop to the right, or below the field.
STR:
I just started with default nav, opened "created date", then custom range, and opened it towards the bottom of the screen
