Description
Whenever I run the GP tool to create the 3D ACO's I get an error:

arcpy.AddMessage("Processing 3d Geometry for " + row[4])
TypeError: cannot concatenate 'str' and 'NoneType' objects
Failed to execute (ConvertACOto3D).
