UDMS 3.3.4: Transfer UN Data does not transfer attachment from AP to filegeodatabase UN or .sde Un

**Describe the bug**
Transfer UN Data does not transfer attachment from AP to filegeodatabase UN

**To Reproduce**
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
AP Parameter: myap.gdb
Utility network or asset package parameter: un.gdb
- run option enabled
enviroment tab:
- autocommit: 1000
- mantain attachment enabled

4. See error: no error. the import of data is correct but the attachments are not been imported (I have un classes like device and structure junction with attachments in AP).

**Additional context**
appends.csv or messages.log does not contain any information about attachments classes.
