Add a copy button for the common export settings to other export types in the Export window

Currently, all settings in the Export window are separated for each export format, and what you set for one format does not affect the settings for the other format. This is a good thing in some cases, but there are also times when you want to set the same settings to a different format. For example, you may want to export with the same size as exported in GIF as PNG or MOV, etc. Especially when using `Crop` in the `Viewport` section and `Fit` in the `Size` section, there are a lot of fields that need to be copied, so it could be tedious. Therefore, it would be useful to add a button or something that would allow you to copy common settings, such as `Render`, `Smoothing`, `Multisample AA`, `Viewport`, and `Size` to other formats.
