Gray out the transform constraint `Match` buttons when they have no effect

In 4.3, the option corresponding to the former `Relative` option has been changed to `Additive`. Up to 4.2, the `Match` button was grayed out when `Relative` was enabled. However, in 4.3, it remains enabled when `Additive` is enabled.

When `Additive` is enabled, clicking either the `Match` button in the Offset section or the one in the Properties section does not produce any visible change. Therefore, these buttons should be grayed out in this state to reduce confusion.

Start by locating the transform constraint UI containing the Offset and Properties sections, then inspect how the Additive state controls each Match button. Done means both Match buttons are visibly disabled while Additive is enabled and remain usable in states where they have an effect.
